We encountered a major hardware failure with our storage cluster on 24th July , resulting in the unresponsiveness of several critical hosted services such as Eduroam, the combined rooms AV functionality and the auto start of the pulldown screens, Print, Orison, and all locally hosted services.
Our dedicated team, along with the senior escalation support team from CISCO and our local support partners, is sparing no effort to expedite the resolution process. We understand the impact this disruption has on our daily operations and are committed to restoring services as quickly as possible.
