Tested access and using 'incognito' or 'private' window options in Chrome/Firefox it forces a new login with no cache and access is restored
"myday Service Disruption Update - Engineers have updated the service and we are seeing access returning. We are currently monitoring to ensure the update has taken effect."
The Staff and Student portals are currently not allowing users to login, the software supplier MyDay has been informed, and we will add any updates to this message when we receive them.
