Website Search - issues with returning results, filtering traffic spikes
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
The software supplier is monitoring the traffic filter from certain locations. There are still reports of genuine traffic failing to access search results with the error message 'Error: Failed to fetch'. The filters will be further refined and we will update on this status message when this is set up.
The website search facility on www.hw.ac.uk is experiencing large traffic spikes and filtering has been implemented whilst the issue is further investigated, the software supplier is actively working to resolve issues.
