A period of downtime has been scheduled for essential Banner upgrades on Wed 12/04/2023 08:00-17:00 (BST).
Banner and several other related systems will be unavailable at this time. Services affected
• Banner • Self Service Banner, including Faculty Self Service • Online Payments • OBI Reporting • Workflow • Registry Interface • Integration to CRM Recruit o However, CRMR itself will be unaffected.

This WILL NOT have an impact on other corporate systems such as SID, Canvas, Office365 (inc. Teams).

Please save any work and log out of the affected systems before the time mentioned below. We will email users again just before the downtime, and again when the systems have been restored and are available for use.
