UniDesk operator access issues
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We are currently experiencing a recurring problem accessing enquiries in UniDesk. Therefore are unable to respond immediately to new tickets or updates on existing ones. However, we are monitoring the various mailboxes that import into UniDesk directly for urgent issues and can also be contacted on 0131 451 4045 for IS or 0131 451 8899 for Student Services.
