Ongoing Issue with Banner

The Applications and Data team have been made aware of an ongoing issue by colleagues in our Infrastructure team.

From initial investigations, we expect minimal impact to Banner, and is likely to be limited to job submission processes (e.g. SHRROLL or similar).
