Oracle are conducting supplemental infrastructure maintenance during this time, designed to improve the stability and performance of the Oracle Fusion service. During the maintenance, services are expected to remain online, resulting in near zero downtime. However there may be a delay in inbound email processing, such as approvals submitted via email and all services should be considered "at risk".
