Microsoft are reporting that they have reverted to a previous good configuration and are re-routing traffic to resolve the current issues impacting M365 services. They are advising that it may take a few hours before normal service is restored and that they are monitoring the recovery.

The issue is at the Microsoft 365 level and they are posting updates from https://x.com/MSFT365Status _We’ve identified portions of internal infrastructure that are experiencing connectivity issues. We’re unblocking these systems and redistributing traffic to support recovery, as we continue our work to reroute affected traffic to restore service health. 5:02 PM · Oct 29, 2025
