Temporary performance issues on integrations

All integrations are now fully operational, with a small number of data records remaining in the queue for update.

We have become aware of an issue that has impacted all integrations between Oracle Fusion and a variety of other systems. The root cause has been identified and resolved, and we are in the process of recovering all failed items.
