We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
HWU UniDesk is unavailable, for self-service and operators, and is a linked problem relating to the following alert just posted by the University of Edinburgh.
As of 8.15am this morning, Information Services are seeing unavailability for all http://ed.ac.uk websites, which is causing a lack of access to services such as MyEd, UniDesk, the VPN, Learn and more, including the main Uni website. This is being investigated urgently.
